Definitions

User: The User is any person who uses the Site or any of the services offered on the Site.

"DISGO" is a registered trademark. Any unauthorized reproduction of these trademarks, logos, and distinctive signs constitutes infringement and is subject to criminal penalties. The infringer is liable to civil and criminal sanctions, including the penalties provided for in Articles L. 335.2 and L. 343.1 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The User is solely responsible for the User Content they upload via the Service, as well as for any text and/or opinions they express. They specifically agree that this content will not infringe upon the legitimate interests of any third party. As such, they indemnify DISGO against any claims, whether direct or indirect, arising from these statements and/or data, that may be brought against DISGO by any party. In particular, they agree to cover all costs, of any kind, resulting from any third-party claim against Supe France, including legal fees and court costs.
DISGO reserves the right to remove all or part of the User Content at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice or justification. The User shall have no recourse in this regard.

In keeping with its commitment to respecting the privacy of its Users, DISGO ensures that the collection and processing of personal information on this website complies with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, also known as the "Data Protection Act ". As such, the supe.fr website has been registered with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) under number 1543959. Limitations of liability

The website supe.fr is an information site about the marketing of products from organic farming.
The information published on the supe.fr website comes from sources considered reliable. However, DISGO cannot guarantee the accuracy or relevance of this data. Furthermore, the information provided on this site is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as advice or a recommendation of any kind.
Consequently, DISGO cannot be held liable in any way for the use of information and content available on the entire site. The user is solely responsible for the proper, discerning, and thoughtful use of the information made available on the site.
Furthermore, the User agrees to indemnify DISGO against all harmful consequences directly or indirectly related to their use of the Service.

Force majeure

DISGO cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.

Duration and termination

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the date of the User's Use of the Service.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The legal rules applicable to content and data transmissions on and around this website are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, only the French courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal shall have jurisdiction.
